The MobileXpense application enables you to transfer card transactions from one user profile to another very easily. If you want to take this action, please follow the steps below:
Log in as Company Administrator
Go to the Admin Tools section
In Toolbox, go to the Transaction management section
This function allows you to search for transactions and re-allocate them, as long as they have not yet been included in an expense report.
Note: The function has several search parameters:
Date - search for transactions within a specific time frame
Employee (mandatory) - the owner of the transactions
Card Name
Payment Method
Supplier
Click on Search to reveal the transactions that match the search conditions
Underneath each transaction in your list, you will find a white box where you can input the new transaction owner.
Fill in the boxes with the new transaction owner name
Click on Save to move the transactions to the selected user(s).
